"What is Osteopathy?"

Osteopathy uses a variety of gentle joint manipulation and mobilisation techniques, nervous system stimulus, along with muscle and soft tissue release to restore equilibrium within the body.

"The rule of the Artery is supreme", indicating that optimal blood and lymphatic supply is the key role in maintaining homeostasis and balance within all systems in the body.
The flow of such fluids can be obstructed or interrupted, causing impaired perfusion, thus contributing to pain and the onset of disease to related tissue.
